NO CHILDREN UNDER 18 ALLOWED ON THE YARD
CUSTOMERS MUST WEAR THE PROPER ATTIRE FOR BEING ON A SALVAGE YARD.
CUSTOMERS NEED TO BRING THEIR OWN PERSONAL SAFETY EQUIPMENT (SAFETY GLASSES, GLOVES, EAR PROTECTION, PROPER SHOES AND CLOTHING) NO OPEN TOE SHOES OR HOUSESHOES ALLOWED.
NO JACKS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED ON THE YARD FOR CUSTOMER SAFETY.
NO CUTTING TORCHES OR WELDERS ALLOWED ON THE YARD
NO ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES
ALL TOOLBOXES CHECKED IN AND OUT
CUSTOMER MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS (AERO AUTO SALVAGE DOES NOT LOAN TOOLS).
CARTS ARE PROVIDED FOR TOOL AND PART MOBILITY.
MUST HAVE ALL PARTS MARKED BEFORE ENTERING THE YARD WITH THEM.
PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY I fully recognize and understand that an automobile salvage yard presents certain hazards to life and limb, and that my presence in the yard to inspect and remove automobile parts is an inherently dangerous activity.
I fully recognize and understand that I may have certain legal rights and remedies with respect to injuries incurred while I am at the salvage yard
I intend to hereby voluntarily relinquish and abandon any and all legal rights and remedies I may have against Aero Auto Parts LLC. for any injuries I incur while in the salvage yard.
I full recognize and understand that this voluntary waiver of legal rights and remedies covers and includes injury or injuries while in the salvage yard for any purpose whatsoever. This includes, but is not limited to the inspection and removal, with or without tools and any other equipment furnished by Aero Auto Parts LLC, or myself of automobile parts.
I have carefully read this document, understand its purpose and contents, have had the opportunity to discuss this waiver with a representative of Aero Auto Parts LLC, and do hereby reaffirm my intention to waiver my legal rights and remedies against Aero Auto Parts LLC, by signing below.

Warranty Exclusions
1) Customer states “It doesn’t fit, etc” as it’s wrong part, and the counter staff confirmed parts-matching-interchange (before purchase) based off of the customers provided vehicle information, and the customer was mistaken and provided the incorrect year, make, or model – NO WARRANTY as we cannot accept / resell the parts.
2) No Returns without A) Original Receipt or B) Part is lacking Aero’s identifying mark(s)
3) Original part has been modified or disassembled
4) Warranty Covers 1 Exchange OR refund (For example not continual 97 engines…….)
